6 Ham and Cheese Sandwich Recipes

1. Classic Ham and Cheese Sandwich 🥪

Ingredients:

2 slices soft sandwich bread

3–4 slices ham

2 slices cheese

1 tbsp mayonnaise or butter

Optional: pickles, chips, lettuce

Instructions:

Spread mayonnaise or butter on the bread. Add ham and cheese, then close the sandwich. Serve as is, or warm it in a pan for a few minutes until the cheese starts to melt.

2. Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwich 🧀🔥

Ingredients:

2 slices bread

3–4 slices ham

2–3 slices cheese

1–2 tbsp butter

Optional: mustard or mayonnaise

Instructions:

Butter the outside of the bread. Add ham and cheese inside the sandwich. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy. Cut in half and enjoy that melted cheese pull!

Ingredients:

1 large croissant

3 slices ham

2 slices cheese

1 tbsp butter or mayonnaise

Optional: black pepper, honey mustard

Instructions:

Slice the croissant in half. Add ham and cheese inside. Warm in the oven at 180°C / 350°F for 5–8 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the croissant is slightly crispy.

Ingredients:

3 slices toasted bread

4 slices ham

2 slices cheese

Lettuce

Tomato slices

Mayonnaise

Optional: bacon, pickles, chips

Instructions:

Spread mayonnaise on the toasted bread. Layer ham, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Stack the sandwich with 3 slices of bread, then cut into triangles. Secure with toothpicks and serve with chips or pickles.

6 slices cheese

1 tsp parsley

Instructions:

Slice the rolls in half and place the bottoms in a baking dish. Add ham and cheese, then cover with the tops. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley, then brush over the rolls. Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 12–15 minutes, until golden and melted.
