Homemade Sage & Thyme Pork Sausage

Ingredients

1 lb ground pork

1 tsp dried sage

½ tsp dried thyme

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Preparation

In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.

Form into patties or leave loose for crumbles.

Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side (or until fully cooked).

Serve hot with breakfast or in recipes.
