Grilled chicken bowl with creamy garlic herb sauce aux

🛒 Ingredients:

For the chicken bowl:

Grilled chicken breast (slice) 🍗

Steamed white rice à

Fresh green beans or French beans 🥬

Fresh parsley or coriander for garnish 🌿

For the creamy garlic and herbs sauce:

Butter or olive oil

Minced garlic ché

Heavy cream

Fresh chopped herbs (parsley, chives, thyme)

Shredded Parmesan (optional)

Salt and black pepper.

Grill the chicken until golden brown and juicy, then set aside to rest. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, then stir in cream, herbs and herbs. Let simmer until thick and silky. Meanwhile, steam the green beans until done.
