These roasted cauliflower florets are coated in a savory garlic and Parmesan crust, then baked until golden and crispy. Ingredients
- 1 large Head of cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets).
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil.
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese.
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder.
- 1 teaspoon Paprika (for color and smokiness).
- Salt and black pepper to taste.
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish).
- For the Dip: ¼ cup Greek yogurt or Mayo mixed with a dash of Sriracha and lemon juice.
Instructions
- Prep: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated.
- The Coating: Add the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Toss again until every piece is well-seasoned.
