Crispy Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Description

Transform a simple head of cauliflower into a mouth-watering snack or side dish. These roasted cauliflower florets are coated in a savory garlic and Parmesan crust, then baked until golden and crispy. Paired with a zesty dipping sauce, they are the perfect healthy alternative to traditional fries or wings.


Ingredients

  • 1 large Head of cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets).
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil.
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika (for color and smokiness).
  • Salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish).
  • For the Dip: ¼ cup Greek yogurt or Mayo mixed with a dash of Sriracha and lemon juice.

Instructions

  1. Prep: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated.
  3. The Coating: Add the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Toss again until every piece is well-seasoned.
  4. Roast: Spread the florets in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are tender on the inside and crispy/golden on the edges.
  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce
