Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 large crisp apple (like Honeycrisp or Fuji), diced
- 1/2 cup chopped toasted almonds
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, raspberries, blueberries, diced apple, toasted almonds, and red onion.
