Cranberry Brie Skewers with Rosemary Honey Glaze
Ingredients
Skewers
8 oz Brie cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup fresh cranberries
16–20 small fresh rosemary sprigs (or wooden skewers)
Optional: small grapes or apple chunks for extra color
Rosemary Honey Glaze
¼ cup honey
1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
½ tsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Directions
If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 10–15 minutes to prevent burning.
Thread Brie cubes and cranberries onto the skewers, alternating. Add grapes or apple chunks if desired.
In a small saucepan, gently warm honey over low heat. Stir in chopped rosemary, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Heat for 1–2 minutes to infuse flavors, then remove from heat.
Arrange skewers on a serving platter.
Drizzle the warm rosemary honey over the skewers just before serving.
Optionally, lightly toast skewers in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 2–3 minutes for a slightly melted Brie effect.
Serve immediately as a festive and elegant appetizer.
