Cheesy Loaded Nacho Dip
Ingredients:
- 250g ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce or salsa
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Tortilla chips (nachos)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: parsley or herbs for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chopped onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
- Add ground beef, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Pour in tomato sauce or salsa and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the meat mixture into a baking dish.
- Cover generously with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Arrange tortilla chips around the dip and garnish with parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
