The Natural “Morphine”: Rosemary Healing Tea
Description
Rosemary isn’t just a kitchen herb; it’s a powerful medicinal plant known for its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. Often referred to as “natural morphine,” this herbal infusion helps soothe muscle pain, reduce joint inflammation caused by rheumatism, and alleviate the discomfort of gout by improving circulation and flushing out toxins.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of fresh or dried Rosemary leaves.
- 1 cup (250ml) of filtered water.
- 1 teaspoon of raw honey (optional, for taste).
- A slice of lemon (optional, to enhance absorption).
Instructions
- Boil the Water: Bring the water to a rolling boil in a small pot or kettle.
- Prepare the Herb: Place the rosemary leaves in a mug.
- Steep: Pour the boiling water over the rosemary. Cover the mug to keep the essential oils from escaping.
