- 12 oz (340g) Penne pasta
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- 1 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg (optional, for depth)
- Fresh parsley (finely chopped for garnish)
