Chicken in Boursin Garlic Herb Sauce

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt & black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs)

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)

Fresh thyme or parsley

Instructions:

Season chicken, sear in olive oil until browned and cooked, 5–6 minutes per side. Remove.

Add garlic to pan, sauté 1 minute.

Pour in broth, scrape to deglaze; simmer briefly.

Stir in Boursin cheese, cream, and Dijon.

Return chicken, coat with sauce, simmer 3–5 minutes.

Garnish and serve hot over potatoes, pasta, or rice.
