Peppermint Crisp Trifle
Ingredients:
1 packet green jelly, prepared and set
1 Swiss roll or sponge cake, sliced
1 tin (360g) caramel treat
250ml whipped cream
1 Peppermint Crisp bar, crushed
Custard (optional)
Instructions:
Layer jelly, sponge cake, and custard (if using) in a trifle bowl.
Mix caramel with whipped cream and crushed chocolate.
Layer over cake and jelly. Repeat. Top with chocolate.
Chill until serving
