Greek Appetizer Board with Hummus and Pita Chips

Ingredients

For the Board

1 cup classic or roasted red pepper hummus

Pita bread or pita chips

Cherry tomatoes

Cucumber slices

Kalamata olives

Green olives

Roasted red peppers

Feta cheese, crumbled or in blocks

Stuffed grape leaves (dolmas)

Marinated artichoke hearts

Fresh parsley or dill for garnish

Olive oil for drizzling

Optional Extras

Lemon wedges

Red onion slices

Tzatziki for extra dipping option

Directions

Prepare Pita Chips:

Cut pita bread into triangles and lightly brush with olive oil.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes until crisp and golden.

Assemble the Board:

Place a bowl of hummus in the center of a large serving platter.

Arrange pita chips, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, olives, roasted red peppers, feta, dolmas, and artichokes around the bowl in a visually appealing way.

Garnish & Serve:

Drizzle a little olive oil over hummus and vegetables.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley or dill.

Serve immediately as a colorful, shareable appetizer.
