Greek Appetizer Board with Tzatziki and Pita Chips
Ingredients
For the Tzatziki
1 cup Greek yogurt
½ cucumber, grated and drained
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Pita Chips
4 pita breads, cut into triangles
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried oregano
Salt to taste
Board Accompaniments
1 cup hummus
½ cup feta cheese cubes
1 cup cherry tomatoes
½ cup Kalamata olives
½ cup roasted red peppers
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Prepare Pita Chips
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Toss pita triangles with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, and salt.
Bake 8–10 minutes until crisp and golden.
Make Tzatziki
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Chill until serving.
Assemble the Board
Arrange pita chips, Tzatziki, hummus, feta, cherry tomatoes, olives, and roasted red peppers on a large platter.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve immediately as a festive appetizer or snack board.
